Product Description
DHC-250 Medicine Packaging Connect Line is consist of blister packaging machine model DPP-250D2(D3), photograph checking system on line, link machine, automatic cartoning machine type ZH90, etc.
It accomplishes follwing actions automatically: Blister packaging, unfilled tablet detecting, rejecting, leaflets folded and feeded together with the blister plate.
Automatic rejecting for no boxes or leaflets and automatic waiting without sheets.
Each unit of equipment has independent dymamic source and PLC touchscreem control system, which has perfect function andreliable running.
One blister packaging machine can equips several cartoning machinery. It can improve the efficiency greatly if there's only one blister in one box.
It can connect with thermal contraction film packaging machine and encasing machine after finish boxing procedure.
Suitable for automatic packaging produce with medicine, sanitarian, and food etc.
