PERFORMANCE AND CHARACTERISTRICS

1. Features distinctive design, reasonable manufacture, lower noisy, high uniform, mirror polished drum wall, fully mixing, easy to fully clean and charge and discharge, no cross contamination good appearance in design.
2. The machine based on the three-dimensional motion has particular function in motion, so to say, special motion directions such as rotation, intersection, up-side-down, tumb-ling and etc. Features easy to make instillation and maintenance, long life service, low height and small rotation space, possible to place it in any building, high coefficient of charging, especially the coefficient of charging dry particles reaches 85%.
3. During operation, all material in the mixing drum can be in self-ratation and diffusion under both rotations without centrifugal force and be free of such phenomenon as gravity, segregation, separation and accumulation.
4. The machine features its high saftey mainly due to separate operation of control device and main machine, so to say the machine can still be in good operation on the condition that the control device is any distance from it. If necessay, a radio remote operation system can be equipped as requested from users.
5. The rocker is cast iron, firm and not to be out of shape, passive shaft equipped with automatic adjustment device which can dispel the torsion force when working.
6. It has both functions of frequency control and constrant speed control and specially -designed butterfly valve features high tightness, free leakage.
